A few weeks back I received happy mail from my penpal Maria in Nebraska a little insert read as follows:
When I grow up all I want is a handsome husband, two adorable children, a nice house with flower boxes, and a white picket fence, maybe a car or two ( a BMW would be good), a fur coat and some expensive jewelry, diamonds, big ones, and a house on the beach. Oh, I almost forgot...I don't want to work. EVER! I'll need a maid and I don't want to cook either. I hate cooking and cleaning and I don't think I'll be good with diapers, so a nanny will come in handy. I want to go vacations to Paris, Italy and Rome. Alone, without those two little rugrats or him, just me and lots of money and of course my diamonds.
Did you have such dreams while growing up? I did, not exactly but somewhat like, I thought this was the cutest thing ever!
